New Signage along the Greater Niagara Circle Route in Welland

New signage on the Greater Niagara Circle Route in Welland.

In an effort at enhancing the Greater Niagara Circle Route experience, new signage was installed on the Welland Canal Parkway Trail in Welland as part of the first phase of the Trail Signage Improvement Project.
The project was created to improve and build a more enjoyable and informative journey along the trail where no signage had been previously.
These bilingual signs are of all the same colour and format. They identify the name of the trails as well as which city the user is in. These new signs in Welland were funded in part by the City of Welland, the Greater Niagara Circle Route Committee, and the National Trails Coalition Grant allotted to the Welland Recreational Canal Corporation.

Look for these new signs next time you are on the Greater Niagara Circle Route.
