Ride don’t Hide is to raise awareness about mental health and funds for the cause.
Three different routes leaving from Brock University:

15km
35km – Ride into Pelham for a beautiful, scenic ride
*Please note that helmets are required for all riders, and bikes must be equipped with bells.
Riders can register as teams. Early Bird registration rate until May 1st. The day of the event, there will be entertainment for the whole family, a free yoga lesson and food for all registered participants, among many other things.
